1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2019.

2Notice amended

This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2010.

3Amendment of s 5 (Declaration of units of the State public sector—Act, s 2A)

Section 5—
insert—

(2)However, an entity mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, is a unit of the State public sector only in relation to the membership of the scheme of employees stated in schedule 2, column 2, for the entity.
