Environmental Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2019

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Environmental Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2Commencement

(1)Parts 2 to 10 commence on 1 July 2019.

(2)Part 11 commences immediately after the commencement of the Waste Reduction and Recycling (Waste Levy) Amendment Regulation 2019.
