Rural and Regional Adjustment (Extension of Funding for North and Far North Queensland Flood Disaster) Amendment Regulation 2019

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment (Extension of Funding for North and Far North Queensland Flood Disaster) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Rural and Regional Adjustment Regulation 2011.

3Amendment of sch 23, s 7 (Nature of assistance under scheme)

Schedule 23, section 7(3)(b)—
omit, insert—

(b)if the grant is for an eligible entity that is a small business owner or non-profit organisation for the January–February 2019 Queensland flood disaster—$50,000; or

(c)otherwise—$25,000.
