This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2018.

This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2010.

3Amendment of sch 2 (Membership by particular employees of particular units of the State public sector)

(1)Schedule 2, entry for Stanwell Corporation Limited ACN 078 848 674, column 2, from ‘immediately’—
omit, insert—

(b)immediately before 1 July 2011 was employed by CS Energy Ltd ACN 078 848 745 or Tarong Energy Corporation Ltd ACN 078 848 736; and

(c)was a member of the scheme
