Queensland Heritage (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation 2018

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Heritage (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Queensland Heritage Regulation 2015.

3Amendment of s 5 (Declaration of protected areas—Act, s 103)

Section 5(2)(b), from ‘3 years’—
omit, insert—

on 1 September 2021.
