Civil Partnerships and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2018

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Civil Partnerships and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2018.

2Regulation amended

This part amends the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulation 2015.

3Amendment of s 25 (Information to be contained in death extract)

Section 25(e)—
omit, insert—

(e)the name of the last person, if any, to whom the deceased person was married;

4Amendment of sch 1 (Application information)

Schedule 1, part 3, item 2(a) and (b)—
omit, insert—

(a)the name of each person to whom the deceased person was married; and

(b)the deceased person’s age at the date of each marriage; and

5Amendment of sch 2 (Information for certificates)

Schedule 2, part 4, item 2(a) and (b)—
omit, insert—

(a)the name of each person to whom the deceased person was married; and

(b)the deceased person’s age at the date of each marriage; and

6Regulation amended

This part amends the Civil Partnerships Regulation 2012.
