Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Deer Reserve and Littabella National Park) Amendment Regulation 2018

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Deer Reserve and Littabella National Park) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in national parks)

(1)Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Deer Reserve National Park—
insert—

(c)  the part shown as Lot A on QPWSAP00010, containing an area of about 120m2

a communications use

(2)Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Littabella National Park—
insert—

(d)  the part shown as Lot C on QPWSAP00004, containing an area of about 50m2

a communications use
