Professional Standards (The CPA Australia Ltd Professional Standards (Accountants) Scheme) Notice 2017

1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (The CPA Australia Ltd Professional Standards (Accountants) Scheme) Notice 2017.

2Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The CPA Australia Ltd Professional Standards (Accountants) Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales.

Notes—

(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

2A copy of the scheme is available on the council’s website.

3Repeal

The following notices are repealed—

•Professional Standards (CPA Australia Ltd (Queensland) Scheme) Notice 2008, SL No. 5

•Professional Standards (CPA Australia Limited Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2014, SL No. 11

•Professional Standards (CPA Australia Limited Professional Standards Scheme) Notice (No. 2) 2014, SL No. 294.
