3Amendment of s 3 (Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1))

Section 3, note 2—
omit, insert—

2A copy of the scheme is available on the council’s website.

4Insertion of new s 3A

After section 3—
insert—

3AApproval of instrument amending interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The appropriate council for New South Wales has approved an instrument amending the interstate scheme mentioned in section 3.
