This regulation may be cited as the Commonwealth Games Arrangements (Relevant Places for Police Seizure Powers) Amendment Regulation 2017.
This regulation amends the Commonwealth Games Arrangements Regulation 2013.

(1)For section 66(3) of the Act, each of the places stated in schedule 6, column 1 is a relevant place for the period stated opposite in column 2.(2)A reference in schedule 6, column 2 to a period from a stated day (the first day) to a stated day (the last day) is a reference to a period from the beginning of the first day to the end of the last day.This part and schedule 6 expire on 31 December 2018.
