Natural Resources and Mines Legislation (Priority Notice Fee) Amendment Regulation 2017

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Natural Resources and Mines Legislation (Priority Notice Fee) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2Commencement

This regulation commences immediately after the commencement of the Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017, section 39.

3Regulation amended

This part amends the Land Title Regulation 2015.

4Amendment of sch 2 (Fees)

Schedule 2, item 5—
omit, insert—

5	Withdrawing a settlement notice (Act, repealed s 142)	34.00
5A	Depositing, extending or withdrawing a priority notice (Act, ss 139, 141 and 143)	34.00

5Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary)

Schedule 3—
insert—

Act, repealed s 142 means section 142 of the Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017, section 39.

6Regulation amended

This part amends the Water Regulation 2016.

7Amendment of sch 12 (Fees)

Schedule 12, item 12—
omit, insert—
