Nature Conservation (Administration) (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2017

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Administration) (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2Commencement

This regulation commences immediately after the commencement of the Nature Conservation and Other Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2017.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Administration) Regulation 2006.

4Amendment of sch 3 (Fees)

(1)Schedule 3, part 1, division 1, item 3—
omit, insert—

3	Apiary permit, for each apiary site—
	(a)  for a term of 6 months or less	90.85
	(b)  for a term of more than 6 months but not more than 1 year	135.60
	(c)  for a term of more than 1 year but not more than 2 years	244.10
	(d)  for a term of more than 2 years but not more than 3 years	345.80

(2)Schedule 3, part 1, division 2, item 6—
