Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) (Approved Entities) Amendment Regulation 2017

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) (Approved Entities) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 26 May 2017.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Regulation 2009.

4Insertion of new s 30B

Part 5—
insert—

30BApproved entities—Act, s 43W

For section 43W of the Act, each of the following entities is prescribed as an approved entity—

(a)Canine Control Council (Queensland) Ltd ACN 160 285 192;

(b)Gold Coast City Council;

(c)Logan City Council.
