Associations Incorporation (Unsuitable Name) Amendment Regulation 2017

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Associations Incorporation (Unsuitable Name) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999.

3Amendment of s 3 (General references)

(1)Section 3(1)—
insert—

(ca)for an association that is not a controlled entity—a name containing a word or phrase mentioned in schedule 1, part 2A;

(2)Section 3(1)(ca) to (k)—
renumber as section 3(1)(d) to (l).

(3)Section 3(2), ‘subsection (1)(i)’—
