This regulation may be cited as the Sustainable Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2017 .
This regulation commences on 30 January 2017.
This regulation amends the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 .
4Amendment of sch 3 (Assessable development, self-assessable development and type of assessment)
Schedule 3, part 1, table 2, item 12, column 2, from ‘use,’—
omit, insert—use or PDA-related development, on a lot that—(a)shares a common boundary with another lot that is or contains a Queensland heritage place; or(b)contains a Queensland heritage place, if the material change of use is on a part of the lot that is not a Queensland heritage place.
