1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Legal Profession Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2Commencement

Sections 5 and 6 commence on 1 January 2017.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Legal Profession Regulation 2007.

4Amendment of s 65 (Appointment and qualifications of external examiner

Section 65(c), ‘The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia’—
