Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Disability Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 April 2016.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Disability Services Regulation 2006 .

4Insertion of new s 3A

After section 3—
insert—

3APrescribed disability services—Act, ss 12, 14 and 16A

For sections 12, 14 and 16A of the Act, the prescribed disability services are stated in schedule 1AA.
