Legislation Amendment Act2014, section
57.formercouncilmeansthePlumbingIndustryCouncilestablished
under section 5 of the unamended Act.unamended
Actmeans the Act as in force immediately
beforethe commencement.4Declaration that regulation is a

to QBCC commissioner[s 5]Under section
204(4) of the Act, this regulation expires on 11 November2015.Part 2Transfer of matters from formercouncil to QBCC commissioner5Notices of notifiable work given to

commencement, a persongavetheformercouncilnoticeofnotifiableworkundersection 87(3) of
the unamended Act.(2)ThenoticeistakentohavebeengiventotheQBCCcommissioner on
the day the notice was given to the formercouncil.Part
3Transfer of matters from chiefexecutive to QBCCcommissioner6Approval of electronic system by chief
executive beforecommencement continues(1)Subsection (2) applies to an approval of an
electronic systemto send and receive electronic
communications—(a)given by the chief executive under
section 87A of theunamended Act; and(b)in
effect immediately before the commencement.(2)The
approval continues in effect as if the approval had beengiven by the QBCC commissioner.Page
