Fisheries (Spanner Crab Fishery) Quota Declaration 2014 [s 1] Fisheries (Spanner Crab Fishery) Quota Declaration 2014 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 May 2015] 1 Short title This declaration may be cited as the Fisheries (Spanner Crab Fishery) Quota Declaration 2014 . 2 Commencement This declaration commences on 1 June 2014. 3 Annual quota for commercial spanner crab fishery—Act, s 44 (1) For the ITQ year 2014 to 2015, the annual quota for spanner crabs that may be taken from the commercial spanner crab fishery (managed area A) is 1777t. (2) In this section— commercial spanner crab fishery (managed area A) see the Fisheries Regulation 2008 , section 600A. 4 Expiry This declaration expires on 31 May 2015.
