Editor’s notes — 1 See— (a) section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and (b) section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force. 2 A copy of the scheme may be obtained from the council’s website at <www.professionalstandardscouncil.gov.au>. 3 Repeal The Professional Standards (Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (Qld) Scheme) Notice 2008, SL No. 6 is repealed.
