Personal Property Securities (Ancillary Provisions) Regulation 2011 [s 1] Personal Property Securities (Ancillary Provisions) Regulation 2011 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 July 2013] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Personal Property Securities (Ancillary Provisions) Regulation 2011 . 2 Commencement (1) Section 3 and the schedule, part 1 commence immediately after the commencement of the Act, chapter 3, part 1. (2) Section 4 and the schedule, part 2 commence immediately after the commencement of the Act, chapter 3, part 3. (3) Section 5 and the schedule, part 3 commence immediately after the commencement of the Act, chapter 3, part 4. 3 Fees—Act, s 17(2) For the Act, section 17(2), the fees payable are stated in the schedule, part 1. 4 Fees—Act, s 40(2) For the Act, section 40(2), the fees payable are stated in the schedule, part 2. 5 Fees—Act, s 60(2) For the Act, section 60(2), the fees payable are stated in the schedule, part 3.
