Note — Under section 4(3) of the Act, this notice remains in force until whichever of the following first happens— (a) the commencment of a regulation under section 4(1) of the Act in relation to the same matter; (b) the end of 3 months. 2 Pest declaration—Act, s 4(2) Conopomorpha cramerella (Snellen), commonly known as cocoa pod borer, is declared to be a pest for the Act.
