Disaster Management (Extension of Disaster Situation—Innisfail) Regulation 2011 [s 1] Disaster Management (Extension of Disaster Situation—Innisfail) Regulation 2011 [reprinted as in force on 2 March 2011] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Disaster Management (Extension of Disaster Situation—Innisfail) Regulation 2011 . 2 Extension of period of disaster situation—Act, s 67 (1) This section applies to the disaster situation declared on 16 February 2011 under section 64 of the Act for the disaster district of Innisfail. (2) The period of the disaster situation for the part of the Innisfail disaster district known as Tully Heads and Hull Heads is extended under section 67(3) of the Act. Note — Under section 67 of the Act, this regulation commences on the day it is made and expires 28 days after the disaster situation was declared unless it is sooner repealed or it expires under section 68(4) of the Act.
