Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Regulation 2010 [s 1] Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Regulation 2010 [reprinted as in force on 27 August 2010] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Regulation 2010 . 2 Witness allowances—Act, ss 150 and 193 The allowance payable to a witness who appears at a hearing before a board, disciplinary committee or panel is the allowance that would be payable under the Uniform Civil Procedure (Fees) Regulation 2009 , part 4, to the person for attendance at court if the person were a relevant person under that regulation. 3 Repeal The Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Regulation 2000, SL No. 24 is repealed.
