Dates shown on reprints Reprints dated at last amendment All reprints produced on or after 1 July 2002, authorised (that is, hard copy) and unauthorised (that is, electronic), are dated as at the last date of amendment. Previously reprints were dated as at the date of publication. Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2010 [s 1] Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2010 [reprinted as in force on 1 August 2010] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure ( Survey Standards) Notice 2010 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 August 2010. 3 Making of survey standards The survey standards contained in each of the following documents have been made by the chief executive under section 6 of the Act— (a) the document called ‘Survey Requirements for Mining Tenures, Version 2.0’; (b) the document called ‘Cadastral Survey Requirements, Version 6.0’. 4 Public access to survey standards The following are available for inspection, without charge by the chief executive, on the department’s website— (a) a copy of the survey standards mentioned in section 3; (b) the provisions of any document applied, adopted or incorporated by the survey standards.
