10(1)The restricted area is the area made
up of the localities andsuburbs under thePlace Names Act
1994that are listed in theschedule.Editor’s note—Thedescriptionsandmapsoftheboundariesofthelocalitiesandsuburbscanbeaccessedonthedepartment’swebsiteat<www.derm.qld.gov.au>.(2)The location of the boundary of the
restricted area is held indigital electronic form by the
department.Editor’s note—1A series of maps showing the exact
location of the restricted areamay be inspected,
free of charge, at—(a)the department’s central office is
located at 80 Ann Street,Brisbane; or(b)any
of the department’s regional offices.2The
addresses and contact details for the department’s offices
canbe found on the department’s website.(3)Theattachmenttothisregulationshowstheapproximatelocation of the
restricted area.(4)The attachment does not form part of

7]7Restricted movements—Act, s 10A(1)Eachofthefollowingisarestrictedmovementfortherestricted
area—(a)moving a bee into the restricted
area;(b)moving a bee, bee product or
mechanical vector withinor out of the restricted area.Note—See section 11 of
the Act for the circumstances in which a person maymake,
cause or allow a restricted movement for a restricted area.(2)In this section—beemeans a honey bee (Apis spp.)
and includes the egg, larvaor pupa of the
honey bee.bee productincludes the
following—•beeswax, other than processed beeswax
in the form of ablock or foundation for hives•beeswax comb•extracted honey, other than extracted honey
sealed in acontainerandprocessedhoneyboughtfromasupermarket or grocery store•pollen•propolis•royal jelly.mechanicalvectormeansathing,including,forexample,clothing, an
appliance, equipment, a container or vehicle thatis,
or has been, used in beekeeping or in handling, housing orstoring bees or bee products.Examples—•footwear, gloves, tools or veils used
for beekeeping•used hive components•shipping container used to carry bee
