Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Regulation 2009 [s 1] Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Regulation 2009 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 13 November 2014] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Regulation 2009 . 2 Declaration of G20 meeting as special event (1) The G20 meeting is declared to be a special event for the Act. (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 18 September 2014 and ending on 17 November 2014. (3) In this section— G20 meeting see the G20 (Safety and Security) Act 2013 , schedule 7. 3 Declaration of AFC Asian Cup 2015 as special event (1) The event known as ‘AFC Asian Cup 2015’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 9 December 2014 and ending on 8 February 2015. 4 Declaration of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 as special event (1) The event known as ‘ICC Cricket World Cup 2015’ is declared to be a special event for the Act.
