300’ being held at theGold Coast from 23 October to 26
October 2008 is a specialevent for the Act, chapter 19, part
2.3Special event site(1)The
special event site for the 2008 Nikon Indy 300 is—(a)theGoldCoastHighway,Southport,fromitsintersection with Ada Bell Way to its
intersection withWaterways Drive, Main Beach; and(b)the land at Main Beach and Surfers
Paradise within thefollowing boundaries—(i)a
direct line from the intersection of the Gold CoastHighway and the northern side of Waterways
DrivetotheintersectionoftheeasternsideofRankinParade and the
northern side of Cronin Avenue;(ii)thenorthernsideofCroninAvenuetotheintersection with
Pacific Street;(iii)adirectlinefromtheintersectionmentionedinsubparagraph (ii) to the low water
