Plant Protection (Mango Malformation Disease) Notice 2008 [s 1] Plant Protection (Mango Malformation Disease) Notice 2008 [reprinted as in force on 12 September 2008] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Plant Protection (Mango Malformation Disease) Notice 2008 . Note — Under section 4(3) of the Act, this notice remains in force until whichever of the following first happens— (a) the commencement of a replacement regulation prescribing mango malformation disease to be a pest for the purposes of the Act; (b) the end of 3 months. 2 Definition In this notice— mango malformation disease means a fungal disease of mango plants caused by several different species of Fusarium , including Fusarium mangiferae . 3 Pest declaration—Act, s 4(2) Mango malformation disease is declared to be a pest for the purposes of the Act.
