Fair Trading (Amazing Jumbo Spiky Light-up Ball) Order 2008 [s 1] Fair Trading (Amazing Jumbo Spiky Light-up Ball) Order 2008 [reprinted as in force on 9 September 2008] 1 Short title This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Amazing Jumbo Spiky Light-up Ball) Order 2008 . 2 Supply of ancillary pump of amazing jumbo spiky light-up ball prohibited (1) The supply of the ancillary pump of an amazing jumbo spiky light-up ball is prohibited under section 85 of the Act. Note — Section 85 of the Act provides for the Minister making orders prohibiting or restricting the supply of goods or services that, in the Minister’s opinion, are likely to cause death or injury or adversely affect the health or wellbeing of a person. Under section 85(5) of the Act, this order expires 18 months after the order commences and may not be renewed. (2) In this section— amazing jumbo spiky light-up ball means a product that is— (a) manufactured in the shape of a ball; and (b) designed to light up when it is thrown. ancillary pump , of an amazing jumbo spiky light-up ball, means a pump with a hypodermic syringe-like attachment designed to inflate the ball.
