Note — Under section 4(3) of the Act, this notice remains in force until whichever of the following first happens— (a) the commencement of a regulation prescribing vegetable leafminer to be a pest for the purposes of the Act; (b) the end of 3 months. 2 Definition In this notice— vegetable leafminer means Liriomyza sativae Blanchard. 3 Pest declaration—Act, s 4(2) Vegetable leafminer is declared to be a pest for the Act.
