Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Regulation 2008 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Regulation 2008 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 28 November 2008] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Regulation 2008 . 2 Commencement (1) Section 16 commences on 1 July 2008, immediately after the Transport Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 commences. (2) The other provisions of this regulation commence on 1 July 2008. Part 2 Prescribed matter for Act 3 Additional service contract area for the TransLink area—Act, s 7 For section 7(1)(b) of the Act, the service contract area called the Dakabin/Mango Hill (North Lakes) service contract area is prescribed.
