Fair Trading (Bindeez) Order 2007 [s 1] Fair Trading (Bindeez) Order 2007 [reprinted as in force on 13 December 2007] 1 Short title This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Bindeez) Order 2007 . 2 Supply of Bindeez prohibited (1) The supply of Bindeez is prohibited under section 85 of the Act. (2) In this section— Bindeez means Bindeez brand beads that join with a spray of water. Editor’s note — Section 85 of the Act deals with the Minister making orders prohibiting or restricting the supply of dangerous or undesirable goods or services. Under section 85(5) of the Act, this order expires 18 months after the order commences, and may not be renewed. Reprint 1 effective 13 December 2007 Page 3
