Wild Rivers Regulation 2007 Wild Rivers Regulation 2007 [s 1] [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 July 2014] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Wild Rivers Regulation 2007 . 2 Fee for application for approval of proposed plan For section 31C(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for approval of a proposed plan is $353.30. 3 Specified works—other infrastructure (Act, s 48) (1) For section 48(2)(c)(ix) of the Act, a jetty, boat ramp or pontoon on, or providing access to, indigenous land is prescribed infrastructure. (2) In this section— indigenous land means land held under a following Act by, or on behalf of or for the benefit of, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander inhabitants or for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander purposes— (a) the Aurukun and Mornington Shire Leases Act 1978 ; (b) the Aboriginal Land Act 1991 ; (c) the Torres Strait Islander Land Act 1991 ; (d) the Land Act 1994 .
