lead migrationlevels prohibitedThesupplyofachildren’stoyhavingaccessiblematerialswithaleadmigrationlevelofmorethan90mg/kg,whentestedinaccordancewiththetestingproceduresandinterpretation of results stated in
AS/NZS ISO 8124.3:2003,part 3, is prohibited under section 85
of the Act.Editor’snote—1Section85oftheActdealswiththeMinistermakingordersprohibiting or
restricting the supply of dangerous or undesirablegoods
or services. Under section 85(5) of the Act, this order
expires18 months after the order commences, and may
