s1 3 Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza—Standstill Zone) Notice 2007 Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza—Standstill Zone) Notice 2007 [reprinted as in force on 26 August 2007] s4 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza—Standstill Zone) Notice 2007 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 26 August 2007. 3 Notification of standstill zone for equine influenza—Act, s 16(1) (1) The whole of Queensland is notified to be a standstill zone for equine influenza, other than— (a) the relevant infected premises; (b) an area notified by the Minister to be a restricted area; or (c) an area notified by the Minister to be a control area. (2) In this section— relevant infected premises means the infected premises the area of which is within the following boundary— the boundary of Lot 132 SP108821 (PIC: QKWW0486). 4 Animals etc, to which standstill zone applies—Act, s 16(2) (1) The standstill zone mentioned in section 3 applies to all horses, mules donkeys and other animals in the Equidae family.
