site(1)The special event site for the 2006
Lexmark Indy 300 is—(a)theGoldCoastHighway,Southport,fromitsintersection with Ada Bell Way to its
intersection withWaterways Drive, Main Beach; and(b)the land at Main Beach and Surfers
Paradise within thefollowing boundaries—(i)thenorthernalignmentofWaterwaysDriveandMacarthurParadetotheintersectionwithSeaworld Drive;(ii)adirectlinefromtheintersectionmentionedinsubparagraph(i)tolowwatermarkonMainBeach;(iii)thelowwatermarkfromthepointmentionedinsubparagraph(ii)toapointdirectlyoppositethesouthern alignment of Elkhorn

period for which the event is a special event starts on 18October and ends at midnight on 23 October
2006.5Where authorised persons may exercise
powers forspecial eventDuring the
special event, an authorised person may exercisepowers the authorised person has under the
Act, chapter 19,part 2, division 52at
