Forestry Plantations Queensland Regulation 2006 [s 1] Forestry Plantations Queensland Regulation 2006 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 July 2008] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Plantations Queensland Regulation 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 May 2006. 3 Declaration of State plantation forest—Act, s 4 Each area of a State forest identified as State plantation forest on a map mentioned in the schedule is declared to be State plantation forest. 4 Forestry Plantations Queensland Office maps (1) A map mentioned in the schedule is a map held by FPQO. (2) The chief executive of FPQO must— (a) keep a copy of each map open to inspection by the public; and (b) ensure the chief plantation forestry officer is given a copy of each map certified by the chief executive. (3) A copy of a map may be— (a) inspected during office hours, free of charge, at FPQO’s head office; or (b) purchased from the head office for a reasonable fee.
