s1 3 s2 Disaster Management (Further Extension of Disaster Situation-Cairns, Innisfail and Mareeba) Regulation 2006 Disaster Management (Further Extension of Disaster Situation-Cairns, Innisfail and Mareeba) Regulation 2006 [reprinted as in force on 3 April 2006] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Disaster Management (Further Extension of Disaster Situation-Cairns, Innisfail and Mareeba) Regulation 2006 . 1 2 Further extension of period of disaster situation (1) This section applies to the declaration of a disaster situation declared by the Minister and the Premier on 19 March 2006. (2) The period of the disaster situation is further extended under section 72(1) of the Act by a period of 7 days for the disaster districts of Cairns, Innisfail and Mareeba. 1 This regulation remains in force until whichever of the following first happens— (a) 7 days after the day to which the period of the disaster situation was extended under the Disaster Management (Extension of Disaster Situation-Cairns, Innisfail, Mareeba, Townsville, Mount Isa and Mackay) Regulation 2006 : see section 72(4) of the Act; (b) the regulation expires under section 73(4) of the Act.
