s1 3 s4 Youth Participation in Education and Training Regulation 2005 Youth Participation in Education and Training Regulation 2005 [reprinted as in force on 1 January 2006] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Youth Participation in Education and Training Regulation 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2006. 3 Notification of certain matters—Act, s 44(2) (1) For section 44(2)(a) of the Act, notice of the new or correct information must be given within 3 months after the provider becomes aware of the new or correct information. (2) For section 44(2)(b) of the Act, notice of the date the person stopped being enrolled with the provider must be given within 30 days after the provider becomes aware the person has stopped being enrolled with the provider. (3) For section 44(2)(c) of the Act, notice of the death of the person must be given within 30 days after the provider becomes aware of the death. 4 Aggregated information—Act, s 59(1) (1) For section 59(1) of the Act, the aggregated information relating to each quarter must be given within 1 month after the end of the quarter. (2) In this section— quarter means a 3 month period ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September or 31 December.
