of the Act—(a)each Magistrates Court;(b)each Childrens Court constituted by a
magistrate.5Prescribed dangerous drugs and
prescribedquantities—Act, s 15DThe schedule
sets out—(a)thedangerousdrugsprescribedforthedefinitionprescribeddangerousdruginsection15DoftheAct;and(b)foreachprescribeddangerousdrug,thequantityprescribedforthedefinitionprescribedquantityinsection 15D of the Act.6Application for permission to leave or
stay out ofQueenslandAn application
for permission mentioned in section 66(1)(f),93(1)(f),
103(1)(f) or 114(1)(h) of the Act must be made to anauthorised corrective services officer by or
on behalf of theoffender.7Recording of hours of community service
performed(1)Theprojectsupervisormustrecordonanattendancereturnprovided by the chief executive (corrective
services)—(a)the time of each day at which the
offender reports forcommunity service; and(b)thetimeofeachdayatwhichtheoffenderstopsperforming community service.(2)The offender must countersign each
entry made by the projectsupervisor in the attendance

under whose supervisionan offender performs community
service.8Chief executive (corrective services)
to be advised if finepaidIf a fine or a
part of a fine is paid, the proper officer of thecourt in which the original order was made
must notify thechief executive (corrective services) of the
payment.8AOffender levy—Act, s 179C(5)For
section 179C(5) of the Act, the prescribed amount is—(a)ifthesentenceisimposedbytheSupremeorDistrictCourt—$332.70;
