Anti-Discrimination Regulation 2005 [s 1] Anti-Discrimination Regulation 2005 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 September 2009] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Anti-Discrimination Regulation 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 September 2005. 3 Witness fees and expenses A person appearing as a witness before the tribunal is entitled to be paid as fees and expenses the amounts that would be payable under the Uniform Civil Procedure (Fees) Regulation 2009 (the regulation ), part 4 if— (a) the person were appearing as a witness before a court; and (b) the reference in section 19(1) of the regulation to the registrar were a reference to the registrar of the tribunal; and (c) the reference in section 21(2) of the regulation to the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 were a reference to the Act.
