s1 3 Survey and Mapping Infrastructure ( Survey Standards) Notice 2005 s3 Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2005 [reprinted as in force on 1 July 2005] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure ( Survey Standards) Notice 2005 . 2 Making of standards The survey standards contained in the document titled ‘Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Cadastral Survey Requirements, Version 3.0’ have been made under the Act, section 6. 1 3 Public access to standards A copy of the survey standards and the provisions of any document applied, adopted or incorporated by the standards are available for inspection, without charge by the chief executive— (a) during normal business hours at each department office; and (b) on the following web site on the Internet— <www.nrm.qld.gov.au/property/surveying/index.html>. 1 Under section 9 of the Act, the survey standards have effect on the day this notice is published in the gazette.
