District Court Regulation 2005 [s 1] District Court Regulation 2005 [reprinted as in force on 29 April 2005] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the District Court Regulation 2005 . 2 Declaration of places at which District Court to be held and District Court districts—Act, ss 6 and 7 (1) For sections 6(3)(a) of the Act, the places at which the District Court is to be held are mentioned in the schedule, column 1. (2) For section 7(1) of the Act, the district for the District Court at a place mentioned in the schedule, column 1, consists of the Magistrates Courts district mentioned in the schedule, column 2 set out opposite the place. 3 Repeal The District Court Regulation 1993 SL No. 498 is repealed.
