Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005 [s 5] 5 Former advisory standards, or industry codes of practice, continued as codes of practice (1) Schedule 1, part 2 lists each former advisory standard, or industry code of practice, that is continued in force as a code of practice under section 190 or 191 of the Act. (2) Schedule 1, part 2 is included for information purposes only. Note — Under section 190 or 191 of the Act, a former advisory standard, or industry code of practice, that is continued in force as a code of practice— (a) expires 10 years after its commencement; and (b) may be amended or repealed before its expiry. 6 Notice of amendment of code of practice, and of making of amending instrument—Act, s 41(2) (1) Schedule 2 lists each code of practice that has been amended. (2) The instrument that under schedule 2 amends the code of practice has been made. 7 Notice of repeal of code of practice, and of making of repealing instrument (1) Schedule 3 lists each code of practice that has been repealed under section 41(2) of the Act.
