s1 3 s4 Workplace Health and Safety ( Code of Practice) Notice 2005 Workplace Health and Safety (Code of Practice) Notice 2005 [reprinted as in force on 18 March 2005] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Code of Practice) Notice 2005 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 18 March 2005. 3 Notice of making of code of practice—Act, s 41 The Compressed Air Recreational Diving and Recreational Snorkelling Code of Practice 2005 has been made as a code of practice. 1 4 Notice of repeal of code of practice The Compressed Air Recreational Diving and Recreational Snorkelling Industry Code of Practice 2000, as continued in force as a code of practice under section 191 2 of the Act, is repealed. 1 Current codes of practice, incorporating any amendments, are available on the department’s website at <www.whs.qld.gov.au> or may be purchased from Goprint, 371 Vulture Street, Woolloongabba, 4102. 2 Section 191 (Existing codes of practice) of the Act
