s1 3 s2 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Queensland Gas Company Limited) Notice 2005 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Queensland Gas Company Limited) Notice 2005 [reprinted as in force on 18 February 2005] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission—Queensland Gas Company Limited) Notice 2005 . 2 Permission to enter land—Act, s 67 (1) Queensland Gas Company is granted permission to enter the permitted land to investigate and survey it for planning proposed pipelines. (2) The permission is granted on the condition that Queensland Gas Company must not do any of the following— (a) excavate the land; (b) clear the land or waters on the land; (c) construct, place or otherwise fix a building or other structure, other than a fence or gate, on the land; (d) dispose of, or store, garbage or a poisonous, toxic or hazardous substance on the land or in waters on the land. (3) In this section— block identification map means a map that forms part of the series of maps known as the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held by the department. 1 permitted land means the land stated in the schedule as blocks and sub-blocks on a block identification map. 1 A copy of each map in the series may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours on business days at the department’s office at Level 3, 41 George Street, Brisbane.
