s1 3 s2 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Various) Notice 2004 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Various) Notice 2004 [reprinted as in force on 17 September 2004] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission—Various) Notice 2004 . 2 Definitions In this notice— Arrow Energy means Arrow Energy NL ACN 078 521 936. block identification map means a map that forms part of the series of maps known as the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held by the department. 1 Oil Company of Australia means Oil Company of Australia (Moura) Transmissions Pty Limited ACN 072 109 865. permitted land , for a permitted person, means— (a) for Arrow Energy—the land stated in schedule 1 as blocks on a block identification map; or (b) for Oil Company of Australia—the land stated in schedule 2 as blocks and sub-blocks on a block identification map; or (c) for Queensland Gas Company—the land stated in schedule 3 as blocks and sub-blocks on a block identification map; or (d) for Wambo Power Ventures—the land stated in schedule 4 as blocks and sub-blocks on a block identification map. 1 A copy of each map in the series may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours on business days at the department’s office at Level 3, 41 George Street, Brisbane.

s3 4 s4 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Various) Notice 2004 permitted person means the following— (a) Arrow Energy; (b) Oil Company of Australia; (c) Queensland Gas Company; (d) Wambo Power Ventures. Queensland Gas Company means Queensland Gas Company Limited ACN 089 642 553. Wambo Power Ventures means Wambo Power Ventures Pty Ltd ACN 083 762 056. 3 Permission to enter land—Act, s 67 (1) A permitted person is granted permission to enter the permitted land for the person, to investigate and survey it for planning proposed pipelines. (2) The permission is granted on the condition that the permitted person must not do any of the following— (a) excavate the land; (b) clear the land or waters on the land; (c) construct, place or otherwise fix a building or other structure, other than a fence or gate, on the land; (d) dispose of, or store, garbage or a poisonous, toxic or hazardous substance on the land or in waters on the land. 4 Expiry of notice This notice expires 1 year after it commences.
