s1 3 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Tipperary Oil and Gas (Australia) Pty Ltd) Notice 2004 s3 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission—Tipperary Oil and Gas (Australia) Pty Ltd) Notice 2004 . 2 Permission to enter land—Act, s 67 (1) Tipperary Oil and Gas is granted permission to enter the land to investigate and survey it for planning proposed pipelines. (2) The permission is granted on the condition that Tipperary Oil and Gas must not do any of the following— (a) excavate the land; (b) clear the land or waters on the land; (c) construct, place or otherwise fix a building or other structure, other than a fence or gate, on the land; (d) dispose of, or store, garbage or a poisonous, toxic or hazardous substance on the land or in waters on the land. (3) In this section— block identification map means a map that forms part of the series of maps known as the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held by the department. 1 the land means the land stated in the schedule as blocks on a block identification map. Tipperary Oil and Gas means Tipperary Oil and Gas (Australia) Pty Ltd ACN 077 536 871. 3 Expiry of notice This notice expires 1 year after it commences. 1 A copy of each map in the series may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours on business days at the department’s office at Level 3, 41 George Street, Brisbane.
