s1 3 s2 Plant Protection (Lettuce Aphid) Notice 2004 PLANT PROTECTION (LETTUCE APHID) NOTICE 2004 [reprinted as in force on 1 April 2004] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Plant Protection (Lettuce Aphid) Notice 2004 . 1 2 Pest declaration—Act, s 4(2) (1) Lettuce aphid is declared to be a pest for the Act. (2) In this section— “lettuce aphid” means Nasonovia ribisnigri (Mosley). 1 This notice remains in force until whichever of the following first happens— (a) the commencement of a replacement regulation; (b) the end of 3 months. See section 4(3) of the Act.
